Returns & Exchanges

Any decision to accept any returns or exchange products is at the absolute discretion of Stepping Out. No returns or exchanges will be processed unless prior approval has been obtained from Stepping Out. We are unable to accept returns for Leg and Underwear products or Wigs and Hair Pieces.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt.

Damaged and Faulty Products
You must notify us of any damaged or faulty products within 2 business days of receiving your order.

In the event that your product(s) are damaged or faulty, we will replace them with the identical product unless that product is unavailable in which case we will contact you and give you the option of choosing another product or refund.

Incorrect Supplied Product
If you product(s) is incorrect, you must notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order.

We will be happy to provide the correct product, or give you a store credit on the incorrect product.

Stepping Out does not accept returns or provide exchanges for change of mind.


All packaged Items must be unopened and in their original packaging

All dancewear must not be worn or soiled and must have the manufacturers tags intact and still attached.

All shoes must not be worn or soiled or have marks on the soles.

All postage for returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer

A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged for the cancellation, return, or exchange of large orders.
